The Passive Income Network is the funding arm and secondary market for promissory notes created by its parent company Affordable Housing Loans (AHL). Affordable Housing Loans is a manufactured home lender that is transforming the industry by making the home ownership process easy. AHL and the Passive Income Network were formed in 2017; AHL to fill a need of underserved borrowers; the Passive Income Network to provide quality investment opportunities for our investor members. The companies share the same management team and operate in Arizona, Nevada and Texas.
